a) Display is not or partially not responsive to touching
b) Glas of the display is broken (the glas is industrially bonded to the touch panel)
c) a) and b) apply

a) Display is not or partially not responsive to touching
b) Glas of the display is broken (the glas of the 3 G can be changed separately)

• Headphone jack, volume control, On / Off / Hold-switch or mute-switch defective:

a) after a drop or for other reasons one or several of the mentioned parts without or with limited function, often together with back cover defect

You order the headphone jack unit:

• Back cover defective:

a) Back Cover dented (1 / 2 G) or broken (3 G)
b) Back Cover damaged during opening attempts

• Antenna Cover defective:

a) Antenna Cover after a drop or the like defective
